1997.9-2001.6 扬州大学师范学院 物理系 获物理教育专业学士学位。

二、研究领域

        1. 研究方向:

        多铁性陶瓷和薄膜材料的制备、改性及性能研究

        2. 研究内容:

(1) AB位掺杂对铋系层状钙钛矿铁电薄膜性能的影响

研究了 AB 位掺杂Bi4Ti3O12 SrBi4Ti4O15 Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 Bi4Ti3O12 - SrBi4Ti4O15 共生结构等材料的铁电性能,研究了等价和不等价掺杂对材料性能影响的机制

(2) 单相多铁性磁电Bi5FeTi3O15薄膜的制备和性能改性研究,并研究了材料取向对多铁性能的影响。

(3) 简单钙钛矿SmFeO3陶瓷的制备及磁电效应研究。
