    2007.3-2010.7  东南大学 获凝聚态物理专业博士学位

    2005.9-2007.1 东南大学 理论物理 攻读硕士学位 后提前攻博;

    2001.9-2005.7 曲阜师范大学 物理学专业 获理学学士学位。

二、工作经历

    2010.5-2015.7  扬州大学 讲师

    2015.7-至今  扬州大学 副教授

    2011.7-2013.8 香港理工大学博士后

2016      扬州大学优秀青年骨干教师

三、研究领域

 主要研究方向:低维纳米材料的理论研究

1. 低维纳米材料的物性研究:1)一维有机金属三明治化合物M的结构、电磁性质和非线性光学性质及其无限长纳米线的电磁性质;2)低维碳纳米材料,包括富勒烯、碳纳米管以及石墨烯的电磁性质与调节;3)其它低维材料的物性探索;

2. 二维材料的CVD生长机理研究:1)碳纳米管和石墨烯CVD生长机制的理论模拟;2)碳纳米管和石墨烯材料的缺陷形成和修复机制的探索;3)完美和缺陷碳纳米管/石墨烯的电子性质研究;4)其它二维材料的生长机理研究。

3. 低维新材料的设计:1)一维、二维铁磁材料的设计;2)二维狄拉克材料的寻找与设计。

  1. 国家自然科学基金委(11574262)项目名称:金属催化剂在石墨烯CVD生长过程中的作用及多层石墨烯CVD生长机理的理论探索;主持,2016.1-2019.12.

  2. 国家自然科学基金委(11104241)项目名称:复杂有机金属三明治团簇及其纳米线的几何结构、电磁性质和外场行为的理论研究;主持, 2012.1-2014.12,已结题。
