二、研究领域:

1、研究方向:纳米半导体与器件应用

    (1) 硅基光伏材料与器件应用研究

    (2) 硅基光学微腔与电致发光器件研究

2. 研究内容

    (1) 硅量子点,由于量子限制效应带来的特殊性质,可以通过改变其尺寸来调节其光学带隙,在新一代宽光谱响应硅基太阳能电池中具有潜在的应用前景,被认为是一种突破Shockley-Queisser极限的可能途径。

    (2) 光学微腔可以用来有效控制腔中电偶极子的自发辐射速率,调制腔中光场的模式密度分布,保证共振条件的光模式得到加强。
