A. Qualifications of Applicants
1.Applicants are required to be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
2.Applicants who perform well in their studies for bachelor's degree studies must have master degree diploma, under age of 45.
Note: Applicantswho areformer Chinese citizenshave acquired a foreign nationality should be subject torelevantnational regulations.

C.Submission of Application Documents
Applicants shall do online application on the website, http://yzu.17gz.org/member/login.do
Applicants should submit the following materials:
1.Application Form for International Students to YZU completed online in Chinese or English
2.Original notarized photocopy of the highest degree certificate. Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current
student status.Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
3.Academic Transcripts. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
4.Recommendationletters. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from from former college by professors or associate professors.
5.A scanned copy of passport.
6.Guarantee Statement. Please download in the link of the application website.
7.Application Form for Overseas Students Housing. Please download in the link of application website.
8.Insurance application form completed online. Please download in the link of application website.
9.Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
10. HSK (the Chinese Proficiency Test) Certificate(if available).
11.A study or research plan. All applicants are required to submit a study or research plan. It must be in Chinese or in English and no less than 800 words.

The following scholarships are available for Applicants to YZU:
1.Chinese Government Scholarship—bilateral program
Chinese Government Scholarship program is established by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China in accordance witheducational exchange agreements or understandings reached between Chinese government and governments of other countries, organizations, education institutions and relevant international organizations to provide both full scholarships and partial scholarships to international students and scholars. Applicants should apply to institutions in charge of dispatching students for overseas studies in their home countries.
