Department of Physics:

Facing the opportunities and challenges in the new century, training students with excellent abilities on the basic theory and knowledge of physics, professional experimental skills, be familiar with modern teaching technology, having the teaching method in middle school physics, and obtaining initial training skills in scientific research are the target in our department. We now have 15 full-time faculties, which include 7 professors and 6 associate professors. Students who graduate in our department after 4 years studying will have Bachelor of Science degree.

Department of Electronic Science and engineering

The target in our department is to train students with the personal abilities of morality, intelligence and physique. The students shall also need to understand basic theory in electronic information science and technology and related basic methods, preliminary experiments. They also need to have the ability on doing scientific research, teaching, technology development, product design, production technology and management in electronic information science and technology. We now have 14 full time faculties, including 1 professor and 7 associate professors. Students who graduate in our department after 4 years studying will have Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Department of microelectronics science and engineering

The target in our department is to develop students’ abilities with not only morality, intelligence and physique, but also with understanding natural science, microelectronic system science and engineering solid professional knowledge, strong experimental skills and practice ability. The student shall have specialized personnel engaged in research, development, manufacturing and management and other aspects in the field of microelectronic technology science. We now have 14 full time faculties including of 1 professor and 7 associate professors. Students who graduate in our department after 4 years studying will have Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Department of Optoelectronic information science and Engineering

In our department, students should be well trained to adapt to the development of information science and technology, achieve higher cultural quality and scientific accomplishment. Students should also have the strong background on mathematics and physics, with strong ability to analyze and solve practical problems, familiar with electronic technology and computer technology, understand the basic theory of optical information system in the field of science and technology and related technologies, in the light of information engineering, electronic engineering, optical communication, and optical electromechanical integration. After graduation, they can do further scientific research, development, teaching and management work. We now have 14 full time faculties including of 2 professors and 5 associate professors. Students who graduate in our department after 4 years studying will have Bachelor of Engineering degree.
